A thin RTX 5090 flagship against a thicker RTX 5080 flagship. We compare specifications, display and value, and keep each publication's test results separate.
We're comparing the exact Razer Blade 16 with RTX 5090 up to 165W, Core Ultra 9 386H, 64GB LPDDR5X and 2TB storage against the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 with RTX 5080 at 175W, Core Ultra 9 275HX, 32GB DDR5-6400 and 1TB storage. Both use 16-inch 2560×1600 240Hz OLED displays, but they target different priorities.
Official-store prices were checked on July 14, 2026: $5,599.99 for this 64GB Razer configuration and $3,533.99 for the Lenovo. That $2,066 snapshot is not a permanent price gap, and the unequal memory and storage configurations make a simple price-per-FPS calculation misleading. Recheck both offers before buying.
| Exact configuration | Published evidence | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Razer RZ09-0581 family | Sourced 32GB review-unit results | Not the exact 64GB EN9 retail SKU; retain the source settings. |
| Lenovo 83F50053US | Sourced exact-review results | Retain the source resolution, preset and power mode. |
The available results come from different publications and test protocols. FRAMELIMIT does not average or subtract them to manufacture a head-to-head percentage. The hardware specification favors the Razer for VRAM capacity and GPU tier; the Lenovo exposes a higher 175W GPU ceiling, but neither fact alone proves an exact game-level lead.
Razer rates the RTX 5090 configuration up to 165W while Lenovo specifies 175W for the RTX 5080. The Blade prioritizes a 2.14kg chassis; the Legion weighs 2.71kg and gives cooling and upgradeability more room. These power limits describe the designs, but they are not a substitute for a controlled same-room sustained-load comparison.
Choose the Razer when lower carry weight and 24GB VRAM matter more. Choose the Lenovo design when maximum GPU power, socketed memory and serviceability matter more.
| Spec | Razer Blade 16 | Legion Pro 7i |
|---|---|---|
| Panel Type | OLED | OLED |
| Resolution | 2560×1600 | 2560×1600 |
| Refresh Rate | 240Hz | 240Hz |
| Published Brightness | 1100-nit HDR peak | 500-nit rating |
| Color Gamut | 100% DCI-P3 | 100% DCI-P3 |
| Memory | 64GB LPDDR5X-9600, soldered | 32GB DDR5-6400, upgradeable |
Both exact configurations provide 2560×1600 240Hz OLED panels. The published brightness figures use different labels, so they should not be treated as a controlled measurement. Display preference is unlikely to decide this comparison as strongly as weight, memory design, GPU VRAM and price.
